Our History

Bad Apple Artist Collective was established in April 2012 after a chance meeting between founder members on the auction site Top Hatter. Grouping together they brought the first art auctions to FaceBook in a fun format that would both stretch artistic growth and offer their collectors the chance to win a piece a bit lower than retail from time to time.

The collective has since embarked on a journey of artistic collaboration, with a dedicated presence across various social networking platforms and participation in numerous group exhibitions spanning the UK, US, and Europe.

It remains the longest-standing art auction collective on Face Book and continues to draw collectors from all over the globe to participate in the regular themed auction events, all keen to take home a brand new art reveal from the many professionals who make up the sought after membership.

The collective unites a diverse array of artistic styles and disciplines, all sharing a common underpinning focus on illustrative fine art. The primary objective is to offer art enthusiasts a novel and interactive avenue for experiencing and appreciating both the artworks and the talented individuals behind them. The Bad Apple Artist Collective represents a globally inclusive group of individuals, membership is extended through private invitation. Presently, our accomplished artists hail from diverse corners of the world, including but not exclusive to the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, and the US.
